Dr. Sholls Knee High Compression Socks are pretty much as advertised, but after a while the compression will not be as strong especially if your legs are swollen. I noticed quite a difference when switching to a brand new pair. They are guaranteed for a year so you can return them if you are not happy. This store is only 11 cents over Walmart and if your state charges sales tax then you can save money here. Dr. Sholls socks are lighter in compression than other mild compression socks on the market, so beware and ask your Dr. what he wants you to have RE: compression range. My Doctor was trying to push socks that cost a minimum of $28.00! You can do much better on the Internet.
